Product Description
The ICE4 began service in 2021 to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the ICE's first service. The distinctive feature of this train is its commemorative paint scheme, which features the colours of the German flag (black, red, and yellow) on the body strip. The 13-car train, called “XXL,” has one more second-class car than the 12-car train.
Features
Stripe with the colours of the German flag and the name of the train “Bundesrepublik Deutschland” on the side of the first car.
Printed signs, door edges, door switches, etc.
A custom-length lighting plate built in for interior lighting.
Exposed brake disc wheels and blackened wheels on the bogies.
The motor car is included as one unit in both the Basic Set and the Add-on Set. To ensure smooth operation when combined, the motor car in the Add-on Set does not include traction tires.
Reproduces the same 13-car formation as the actual car, coupled with a second-class carriage (Cars 3 & 4).
