Announcement regarding cancellation of <10-738-6> BOB ET 426 S-Bahn Bodensee 2 Car Set
Dear Customers,
We regret to inform you that due to unforeseen circumstances, the recently announced BOB ET 426 S-Bahn Bodensee 2 Car Set (Item No. 10-738-6) can no longer be produced.
Orders placed for this item must unfortunately be cancelled for the time being.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment this may cause.
All other DB and DB S-Bahn variants will be produced and delivered as planned (Scheduled Release Date: May 2026).

Dear Customers,
We would like to provide you with an update following our previous notice regarding the decoder interface issue affecting the following items:

(N) VT 18.16 “SVT Görlitz” 4-Car Set (Item No. 10-713-9)

(N) BR 175 DR 6-Car Set (Item No. 10-745-1)
Please be informed that the originally planned replacement cable has now been superseded by a dedicated printed circuit board (PCB), which offers a more stable and reliable solution.
We are currently preparing to distribute this PCB (Item No. V06-10074) free of charge to all affected customers. The PCB is designed to correct the decoder interface issue and ensure proper digital operation as intended.
(Please note the PCB is not necessary for analogue operation).
If you would like to receive a PCB, please submit a request through one of the following distributors:

NOTIFICATION OF PCB CIRCUIT DESIGN ERROR (N)VT18.16 and (N) BR175
Dear Customers,
We regret to inform you that an issue has been identified in the following items shipped on May, 2025:

(N) VT 18.16 “SVT Görlitz” 4-Car Set (Item No. 10-713-9)

(N) BR 175 DR 6-Car Set (Item No. 10-745-1)
Due to an error in the circuit design of the decoder interface (8-pin socket), decoders installed in these products do not function. Please note that analog operation is not affected and remains fully functional.
Until a definitive solution is determined and announced, we kindly ask that you do not install a decoder into these models.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and concern this may cause and assure you that we are working urgently to provide an appropriate solution. Further information will be shared via our website and official distribution channels as soon as it becomes available.
